I’ve spent the majority of my career in the retail and sourcing industry across the UK and Asia, working in both corporate environments and privately owned businesses. Over the past thirty years, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with incredibly talented individuals from a wide range of cultural and ethnic backgrounds.

Throughout my journey, I’ve built open, honest, and lasting relationships with the teams and people I’ve worked alongside. Each role has enriched me with invaluable experience, shaping both my professional and personal growth. Now, I’m excited to use this wealth of knowledge to support individuals seeking fulfillment, growth, and satisfaction in their careers. I’m here to guide you on your journey.

I am IECL credentialled and I have been coaching in Asia pacific for the past two years.
